Returns
Return Policy
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any customized or personalized items. This includes, but is not limited to, items with custom text, names, logos, colors, sizes, or designs selected by the customer.
Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.
